We cooked: -Ghate Garam -Red Lentil Soup With mire poix, bay leaves, chicken broth and cilantro -Chicken Tikka Masala and Basmati Rice Pilaf With tomatoes, yogurt and spices -Mango Rice Pudding With milk, sugar and essences Chef Avi was excellent. He gave us a lot of information about knifes and cutting techniques, we learned about new vegetables that we didn’t know and had the chance to taste them. We had a wonderful experience with Chef Simone! He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and patient. All 3 ravioli dishes we made were absolutely delicious and we hope to make them again. I highly recommend his cooking class to others :)

Chef Simone is incredible! He's so kind, patient and welcoming to everyone. He's very knowledgeable and highly skilled when it comes to food prep, gastronomy and cleanliness. He came fully prepared and guided us through the whole process with a ton of ease. His accent is also adorable, which really brings the whole classic Italian touch to the experience for those searching for authenticity. I booked a private class for my whole family as a birthday gift for my mother, and it went amazingly. It was such a unique idea and an amazing way to bond together. Chef Avi provided an absolutely delightful culinary experience. Extremely knowledgeable on many different cooking techniques from different cultures and was very friendly and communicable. Showed us many new tips and tricks in the kitchen and never hesitated to make the best use of a learning opportunity. Chef Avi was personable and a well of knowledge - he taught is a tonne or little tricks to improve the way we cook at home and provided a hands-on lesson in knife skills. The 4 course Indian meal was delicious and the entire experience was first rate. We would definitely do another event with Chef Avi!

We had the best experience with Chef Burcu last evening in the kitchen of her lovely cafe. For our first cooking class ever, she was patient and guided us through every step of the Parisian meal. She answered our questions and knew a great deal about food. She was very personable and friendly and even offered for us to bring extra food home after our meal. It was a fantastic experience from beginning to end - through hands-on cooking, demonstration and enjoying the meal afterwards. Thank you for an excellent class, we will certainly book with her again!
