In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Avi welcomes you to indulge in both a culinary education and flavorful bites that explore cuisines that originated in different areas across Europe, including Spain and Greece.
You'll learn basic kitchen skills as you handcraft recipes for four mouthwatering dishes, including a simple garlic shrimp sate with lemon and butter, and Romana calamari with mushrooms, bell peppers, spinach and herbed Spanish rice. For a dessert that is sure to impress anyone, Chef Avi will show you how to make churros from scratch.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
Chef Avi provided an absolutely delightful culinary experience. Extremely knowledgeable on many different cooking techniques from different cultures and was very friendly and communicable. Showed us many new tips and tricks in the kitchen and never hesitated to make the best use of a learning opportunity.
