In this cooking class, you will dive into the delightful world of sourdough, exploring far beyond just pizzas. From airy focaccia to gluten-free dough and a surprising fried dessert, this session covers the full range of what a great sourdough base can do.

 

You'll learn to make sourdough focaccia topped with extra virgin herb oil, roasted cherry tomatoes and caramelized onions, before getting hands-on with both gluten-free and regular pizza dough. Homemade marinara and vegan pesto round out the sauce repertoire, giving you options for every palate to use as your pizza base.
