Chef Avi provided an absolutely delightful culinary experience. Extremely knowledgeable on many different cooking techniques from different cultures and was very friendly and communicable. Showed us many new tips and tricks in the kitchen and never hesitated to make the best use of a learning opportunity. Chef Avi came prepared and shared with us his experiences as a chef and business owner. He was very flexible in working with people with varying culinary skills, and was able to adapt the recipes to individualized palates.
