This hands-on cooking class with Chef Hamzeh invites guests to explore classic Italian culinary techniques through a thoughtfully curated menu. This inviting and interactive class is rooted in simplicity, precision and tradition.

You’ll begin with Caprese salad, balancing freshness, seasonings and texture with a homemade balsamic vinegar glaze. The main dish is cacio e pepe pasta with topped fillet mignon steak, where you’ll master preparing fresh pasta, emulsify Pecorino cheese into a silky sauce and explore seasoning with cracked pepper and perfecting heat control. For dessert, conclude the evening with strawberry panna cotta dessert, elegantly plated. Register your spot today!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
