This team building activity with Chef Hamzeh awakens creativity with professional guidance in an interactive "Black Box" cooking challenge. Guests receive a brief introduction before diving into the menu, working closely with the chef throughout the class to discover expert techniques to add to their culinary toolbelt.

Participants will learn menu development, cooking techniques, teamwork and problem-solving as teams of two or three create dishes from mystery ingredients.
