If meat-centric dining is your game, this hand-on cooking class with Chef Felix is just what you're hungry for. There's a gourmet selection of beef, poultry and other delicious dishes with meat taking center plate.

With Chef Felix's expert guidance, you'll discover the techniques for preparing beef tartare flavored with capers and shallots, and seared duck breast served with orange-glazed beets. There's a succulent rack of roast lamb dressed with spinach sauce as an enticing entrée, and for dessert, fire up the kitchen torch for a tangy lemon curd meringue.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My partner and I booked his class for a date night and we had an absolutely phenomenal time! Chef Felix is personable and clearly passionate about food. He walked us through the "how" and the "why" of what we were cooking and made it as accessible to our understanding as possible. We did the Carnivor's Delight and it was some of the best tasting meat dishes I've ever had. Would highly recommend!

Such a great experience with Chef Felix at his “Carnivore’s Delight” class. Chef Felix was very personable and informative. The food was delicious, portion sizes were very generous and overall it was a really fun experience. We will surely be back for another class with Chef Felix!
