With Chef Felix's expert guidance, you'll discover the techniques for preparing smoked duck with quinoa, beets and herbs, and rack of pork topped with a creamy spinach sauce. You'll also sear a striploin steak to juicy perfection and pair it with mashed potatoes before firing up the kitchen torch for a tangy lemon curd meringue for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
