Create a spread of spectacular seafood dishes in this hands-on pescatarian cooking class with Chef Felix. You'll learn the value of including sea-centered recipes to your regular regimen to add new dimensions of flavor.
Begin by shucking West Coast oysters served with an apple mignonette and preparing scallop and prawn risotto peppered with fresh herbs. Then, you'll sear salmon to perfection, to be served with potatoes, green beans and kale. And for a sumptuous finish, you'll craft a no-bake cheesecake infused with lemon.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
