Chef Sarah has a rare gift for making ancient culinary traditions feel like the most exciting thing on a modern menu. She showcased her mastery of saffron blooming (a centuries-old technique) to create a contemporary Spanish tapas fusion dish that was nothing short of addictive. True fine-dining!
