During this cozy private chef experience, the evening unfolds with a Mediterranean-leaning feast prepared by Chef Max. Bold ingredients and balanced flavors set an easy, indulgent rhythm.

You’ll begin with a tuna appetizer layered with smoked olive oil, ocean grape, jalapeño and herbs. Roasted Brussels sprouts follow, served with silky hummus and golden fried shallots. For the main course, sticky lamb chops are glazed with miso and paired with creamy mashed mushroom potatoes and chives. To finish, enjoy an indulgent triple milk dessert featuring vanilla sponge soaked in condensed milk and topped with light whipped cream.
