What You'll Do

Roll, cut and compete in a fun pasta-making challenge for teams.

Roll up your sleeves for a lively, hands-on pasta-making team building activity with Chef Sarah, a top-rated culinary expert celebrated for making technique approachable, competitive and genuinely fun. You will mix, knead and roll fresh pasta from scratch using a traditional machine – mastering the fundamentals without the pressure of nonna-level complexity.

The group session opens with grilled Italian bread topped with tomatoes, olive oil and balsamic before teams get to work building smooth dough and perfectly cut strands. Points are awarded for uniform pasta and presentation in the Golden Strand Team Challenge, keeping energy high throughout. The pasta is then paired with a rich truffled pollo bianco ragù and the evening closes with homemade rosewater and vanilla gelato with pistachio and saffron. Book this experience for your team today.

Chef Sarah is pretty transparent in showing that, for her, cooking is a creative art and flavor is the experience. One of her main goals is to create memorable experiences where bold tastes and shared connections linger long after the last bite. Don't be surprised if you catch yourself thinking about booking one of her experiences shortly after your last one. For her, the kitchen needs to be an engaging space and the food should be unforgettable.
