Savour the comforting, deeply familiar flavors of Hong Kong home cooking with a private chef experience led by Chef Anna, an esteemed culinary talent celebrated for her authentic approach to classic Cantonese cuisine. Every dish is prepared, served and cleaned up by Chef Anna – leaving you free to enjoy every moment.

 

The evening opens with soy-braised chicken wings before moving into the centerpiece – a rich chu hou beef brisket slow-braised with white radish, deeply savory and warmly spiced. Shrimp egg fried rice with ginger and green onion rounds out the main course, while a sweet red bean soup provides a gentle, traditional close. Book this experience and bring the Hong Kong table to your home. 



Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Anna previously operated her own cooking class business in Hong Kong, where she planned and taught private classes and specialized culinary events. She loves sharing her passion for cooking with guests through both private chef experiences and cooking classes. Her specialty is mainly Asian cuisine, but she is also very talented in other worldly cuisines. As if her culinary skills weren't enough, she is also a delight to have around!
