Thank you so much Chef Shovan! My family and I had a wonderful night celebrating my Dad’s birthday and learning about South Asian cuisine with Shovan. Chef Shovan was excellent. We purchased a private cooking class for my parents to celebrate my dad’s birthday. Chef Shovan was punctual and came fully prepared with all of the necessary ingredients. He was personable and skillful. My parents reported that it was a fabulous experience.
