This was an excellent short format learning experience. Chef Shovan was a warm, friendly, thorough instructor and very generous with his knowledge. I am empowered to give it a try at home. Really outstanding class.

Thank you so much Chef Shovan! My family and I had a wonderful night celebrating my Dad’s birthday and learning about South Asian cuisine with Shovan. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and hosted a very special night in our home. We would definitely book again and recommend to a friend. Thanks again!

Chef Shovan was excellent. We purchased a private cooking class for my parents to celebrate my dad’s birthday. Chef Shovan was punctual and came fully prepared with all of the necessary ingredients. He was personable and skillful. My parents reported that it was a fabulous experience.
