Perfect your balance and presentation techniques, beginning with classic California rolls and spicy tuna crunch rolls. Then, prepare vegetable temaki and complete the evening with a sweet and crispy rice dessert, topped with dark chocolate and toasted coconut flakes. We learned how to make various kinds of sushi rolls. The class was very interactive and Chef Becca was excellent with her teaching style. We all had a great time and I would recommend Chef Becca to anyone who is looking for an evening of learning new things and having fun.
