Led by a world-class chef, you'll see how easy it is to make sushi from scratch. From rice preparation and ingredient selection to rolling and sauce making, you'll become an expert. You'll also prepare spring rolls with peanut dipping sauce, a salmon avocado sushi roll with wasabi mayo, pan-fried Asian garlic noodles and matcha ice cream floats topped with fresh whipped cream. Chef Shovan was excellent. We purchased a private cooking class for my parents to celebrate my dad’s birthday. Chef Shovan was punctual and came fully prepared with all of the necessary ingredients. He was personable and skillful. My parents reported that it was a fabulous experience.
