Chef Janice

It was a great experience! I learned so many interesting things, and French cuisine opened up for me from a new angle. Janice was very kind and nice, explaining details of the cooking process. I highly recommend giving it a try!

I thoroughly enjoy the French Culinary Classics experience led by Chef Janice. Chef Janice was very prepared, knowledgeable and personable as she guided us through the four courses. She answered many questions and has made me more comfortable in the kitchen. The meal was delicious! I tipped Janice at the end of the experience

Janice was great at explaining techniques simply and offering alternatives for ingredients. The tasty dishes were lovey and so was the conversation!

Janice was an amazing person to have in our home. She was extremely efficient, punctual, well organized, and most importantly made us the most incredibld meal. Each dish was absolutely perfect. Chef Janice is highly knowledgeable, passionate and a well-travelled chef! Her menus are a direct and authentic reflection of her culinary and cultural experiences in various parts of the world. In our party of two, one of us had some experience cooking while the other had none, Chef Janice was patient and helpful to the both of us and adapted her teaching techniques according to our different skills. We highly recommend Chef Janice, whether it be as a teacher for a cooking class or having her cater for your event.

Chef Janice was very knowledgeable and gave some great advice while preparing. She answered all of my questions while continuing to teach and gave some alternative healthy ways to prepare the same dish and some great pairings.
