Imagine you're in culinary school in France with this completely interactive cooking lesson with Chef Janice. You'll cook time-honored recipes using versatile techniques and indulgent ingredients.

To start, you'll blend a creamy truffled cauliflower velouté. Next, sear delicate sole fillets and create a browned butter sauce to drizzle on top. Afterwards, Chef Janice will show you how to build layers of savory flavors by braising chicken with mushrooms and white wine, paired perfectly with mashed potatoes. Lastly, whisk up an airy chocolate soufflé with vanilla crème anglaise.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Janice was awesome. Bought this lesson as a Christmas gift to do with my 14 year old nephew. Was so nice to do together. Lots of great tips for both a young cook and a more seasoned one. Food was delicious. I don’t generally like fish, but am excited to try the recipe we made. Chef Janice was a pleasure to have in my home and very accommodating with our schedule. Highly recommend her!
