What You'll Do

Craft decadent Italian flavors with your own hands.

Whip up a multi-course meal in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Justin will teach you the recipes and techniques to craft authentic Italian.

You'll begin by stuffing dates with rich goat cheese and wrapping them in a savory prosciutto for an appetizer. Then, make citrus-infused yellow and red beets, paired with Burrata cheese and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Make homemade pasta dough with ricotta, spinach and basil filling and pair it with a white wine cream sauce. Finish the meal with a decadent tiramisù for a sweet dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This was the best evening spent cooking! Relaxing, personable, and the most delicious food! I would have never tried these dishes - dates or beets. And they were fantastic!!! 10/10!

Chef Justin was AMAZING! He was so fun and entertaining. We had a blast cooking with him in my home to celebrate a special birthday. It was a perfect part of our girls weekend. Chef Justin- even washed the dishes while we ate! We had the Italian from Scratch menu. The food was fantastic. We would highly recommend this experience and with Chef Justin.
