Discover a new take on brunch in this private chef experience with Chef Logan. First, Chef Logan will kick things off with a matcha green tea demonstration made with ceremonial grade matcha powder and honey. Then, you'll enjoy a sweet treat of French toast with candied bacon before diving into the main course of savory smoked salmon avocado Benedicts doused in a dill-infused hollandaise sauce. Finish the morning off with light and fluffy souffle pancakes topped with a peach-maple compote.

Logan was fabulous. He covered the basics and shared some of the many secrets that can unlock excellence in flavor and presentation. I did the class with my 16 yo son and it was so awesome to learn together and my son was able to learn and practice and start to develop a love of cooking. Will definitely do more classes and more with Chef Logan.

Great class, yummy pizza & salad. Chef Logan was very knowledgeable & easily answered all of our questions. As the class was my gift to my son & I, I do will not be giving a tip. This is my first experience with Cozymeal & I will admit that the ask for a tip was unexpected & a bit off putting.
