You'll feel transported to the Amalfi coast as you enjoy these coastal Italian flavors.
Enjoy the fresh flavors of the Italian coastline in this private chef experience. Chef Janice will begin by serving seafood cioppino with prawns, clams and mussels flavored with capers and served with sourdough bread. Next, savory lamb chops with a basil pesto crust, and capellini pasta topped with sun-dried tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella. For dessert, indulge in a cherry rhubarb crostata for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Janice was an amazing person to have in our home. She was extremely efficient, punctual, well organized, and most importantly made us the most incredibld meal. Each dish was absolutely perfect. She cleaned up thoroughly afterward and we were able to enjoy the evening without lifting a finger. Thank you chef Janice!

My granddaughter and I had the best experience. A very relaxed atmosphere. Chef Janice took time to fully explain each dish. The food was amazing and Chef Janice is the best chef ever.
