Private Chef - Flavors of Coastal Italy
Enjoy the fresh flavors of the Italian coastline in this private chef experience. Chef Janice will begin by serving seafood cioppino with prawns, clams and mussels flavored with capers and served with sourdough bread. Next, savory lamb chops with a basil pesto crust, and capellini pasta topped with sun-dried tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella. For dessert, indulge in a cherry rhubarb crostata for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
