Private Chef - Gourmet Farm-Fresh Flavors
The flavors of regional ingredients will be on full display in this private chef experience where Chef Janice will create a four-course farm-to-table meal starting with grilled crudités and herb aioli. Next, savory bison short ribs served over creamy cavatappi pasta, and wild salmon pan-seared with brown butter sitting on a bed of braised garlic greens. Finish by indulging in a sweet honey cake topped with fresh peaches and whipped cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
