The flavors of regional ingredients will be on full display in this private chef experience where Chef Janice will create a four-course farm-to-table meal starting with grilled crudités and herb aioli. Next, savory bison short ribs served over creamy cavatappi pasta, and wild salmon pan-seared with brown butter sitting on a bed of braised garlic greens. Finish by indulging in a sweet honey cake topped with fresh peaches and whipped cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Janice was wonderful and accommodated our late start. The meal she made for us was delicious and she was open to answering questions about each dish.

Chef Janice was very knowledgeable and gave some great advice while preparing. She answered all of my questions while continuing to teach and gave some alternative healthy ways to prepare the same dish and some great pairings.

Chef Janice is highly knowledgeable, passionate and a well-travelled chef! Her menus are a direct and authentic reflection of her culinary and cultural experiences in various parts of the world. In our party of two, one of us had some experience cooking while the other had none, Chef Janice was patient and helpful to the both of us and adapted her teaching techniques according to our different skills. We highly recommend Chef Janice, whether it be as a teacher for a cooking class or having her cater for your event.
