Begin by whisking a balsamic dressing to drizzle over melon, pancetta and creamy burrata. Next, prepare a lemony sauce to serve atop roasted chicken thighs and potatoes, and roll pici pasta with guidance from Chef Janice, which you'll toss with creamy pomodoro and garlicky prawns. Lastly, layer limoncello-infused lemon curd with whipped cream and vanilla cake.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Janice is highly knowledgeable, passionate and a well-travelled chef! Her menus are a direct and authentic reflection of her culinary and cultural experiences in various parts of the world. Chef Janice was very knowledgeable and gave some great advice while preparing. She answered all of my questions while continuing to teach and gave some alternative healthy ways to prepare the same dish and some great pairings.
