One of our favourite things to do is to try new restaurants and go out for amazing meals. My husband is currently undergoing cancer treatment and wasn’t feeling up to going out to celebrate our wedding anniversary. My husband and I did a Ukrainian Dumpling showcase class with Chef Diana and it was splendid! She was friendly, professional, and organized and each item we prepared was very tasty. Highly recommended!

Chef Diana cooked a french cuisine menu for us. She was very efficient and the meal was delicious and prepared with much love to detail. Her pleasant personality made it a very warm and enjoyable experience. For her young age, she demonstrated much skill and knowledge and life experience. We highly recommend her.

We enjoyed a fun and informative cooking session with Chef Diana. Learning to hand roll and shape ravioli pasta was fun, and a good hand and forearm workout! The ingredients were simple, high quality and end result; worth every minute of prep! Diana was excellent at working with us to demonstrate and explain the techniques and choice of ingredients. We highly recommend Chef Diana and this tasty cooking experience to anyone who enjoys Italian cuisine.

Huge thanks to Chef Diana for an amazing experience! I joined the class to learn the secrets of choux pastry, and I was blown away by how much I learned.
