After studying integrative nutrition, she put her training to work whipping together creative, nutritious plant-based dishes. Chef Angela began her own catering company in 2017 specializing in vegan dishes and plant-based cooking classes. She believes food should be beautiful, nourishing and delicious, and she is eager to teach aspiring chefs of all skill levels how to make it happen.

I booked a Angela's plant-based sushi class for my boyfriend's birthday gift. We had a lot of fun and we will be eating the delicious leftovers all week. Angela is a great teacher, she gave us lots of helpful tips and ideas to adapt the recipes for different tastes. I would absolutely recommend this class for a gift, a date, or just a fun way to spend an afternoon.
