Cooking Class - Natural and Nourishing Sweets
In this interactive dessert-making class, Chef Angela will teach you how to prepare a variety of sweet treats made with naturally sugar-free whole foods, produce and high-quality ingredients using smart kitchen techniques.
First, build a superfood-filled açaí bowl featuring fresh fruit, hemp seeds and tropical coconut, and whip up chocolate mousse with avocado for extra creaminess. Next, you'll create two classic desserts with a twist: Banana "nice" cream studded with cacao nibs and monk fruit, and vegan brownies with nourishing ingredients like walnuts, dates, maca powder and ashwagandha.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
