Cooking Class - Sensational Sugar-Free Desserts

In this interactive cooking class, Chef Angela will teach you how to create a selection of decadent desserts that are low on sugar. She offers suggestions and swaps while introducing recipes and techniques for crafting nourishing desserts that are naturally sugar-free.
Focusing on whole foods, begin class by highlighting the natural sweetness and textures of each ingredient in a bright and fruity açaí bowl, followed by creamy chocolate mousse. Next up, prepare sugar-free mint, matcha and banana "ice cream" before finishing with maca powder and ashwagandha-infused vegan brownies.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
