What You’ll Do

Learn to fold and cook dumplings with savory pork or vegetarian filling, your choice.

Get a taste of dumpling-making in this fun, hands-on cooking class with Chef Cory. You’ll learn the key techniques behind classic Asian dumplings, from shaping and sealing each one to choosing how to cook them for the perfect finish, steamed or pan-fried.

Chef Cory will walk you through filling prep using fresh ingredients like carrots, cabbage, scallions, garlic and ginger, with the option to make a traditional pork filling or keep it vegetarian. By the end of class, you’ll know the basics well enough to start experimenting with flavors and creating your own dumpling combinations.

Beverages are available for purchase to enhance your experience. Guests must be 21+ to attend.
