Cooking Class - Vegan Japanese Sushi Dinner
Prepare incredible vegetable-studded maki sushi rolls completely from scratch in this vegan sushi-making class, where you'll also handcraft a popular Asian condiment and add an earthy twist to vegan ice cream.
Over just a few hours, Chef Angela will teach you how to make a variety of vegan recipes, including homemade kimchi with cabbage and apples, a spicy "tuna" sushi roll with sunflower seeds, an "eel" unagi roll with eggplant and tofu, and incredibly creamy matcha banana "ice cream" with maple syrup and sea salt.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
