Cooking Class - Raw Vegan Essentials
Turn raw ingredients into four delectable courses with Chef Angela leading the way.
In this vegan cooking class, you'll discover how to create a handful of recipes from appetizer to dessert using only high-quality, plant-based ingredients brimming with nourishing properties.
First, blend the flavors of juicy watermelon and umami-forward wakame for a starter salad, then prepare classic pad Thai with a vegan twist using walnuts, cashews, peppers and almond butter. Next, Chef Angela will show you how to layer lasagna with zucchini, seasonal vegetables and fresh tomato sauce. For dessert, you'll mix walnuts, dates, cacao, ashwagandha, maca, coconut oil and maple syrup for raw superfood brownies.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
