The vegan cooking course with Robert was amazing. We really enjoyed how he was explaining everything step by step as well as he gave us really great advice to our questions we had while cooking. I can highly recommend Robert to everyone who is looking for a nice and cozy cooking experience.

My husband and I attended Chef Robert's class and we were very impressed with the recipes, cookery teaching and wonderful service. We learned a lot more about cookery than just carrying out the recipes, such as finding the right knives, pans and sourcing good ingredients. He was patient with our many questions and showed a joy for teaching. He got my husband making pastry for the first time and it turned out absolutely delicious! We just hope we can retain everything we learned!

Chef Robert's warm personalty is reflected in the choice of menu he demonstrates. His menu ranges from all the comfort you can find in his macaroni and cheese with maple coffee back bacon to a vegan chocolate spice cake that must be tried. The leek, tomato and roast garlic bisque is another astounding vegan recipe that is simply a dish that will leave you feeling satisfied and happy.
