If you're interested in vegan cuisine, this hands-on class is the perfect place to start.
Even if you aren't ready to give up meat, cheese, and other animal products, it's a good idea to integrate a few vegan recipes into your repertoire. In this introductory class with Chef Robert, you'll learn how to create approachable vegan dishes that are delicious, healthy and easy-to-make.
You'll start by assembling a colorful beet salad featuring rainbow chard and apple cider vinaigrette. Next, learn how to prepare potato gnocchi, spicy arrabbiata sauce and a zucchini trio with mushrooms and walnuts. End your meal on a sweet note with homemade chocolate spice cake drizzled with raspberry coulis.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
