Get ready for a hearty vegetarian feast featuring an array of decadent, authentic Indian dishes.

In this immersive cooking class, Chef Vinutha will provide expert guidance as you learn to create popular Indian dishes from scratch. You'll learn to balance complex spices and flavor profiles, and how to create savory, wholesome dishes without the inclusion of meat products.

Begin the class by folding and frying crispy, doughy samosas stuffed with a potato filling. Then, learn to cook traditional palak paratha flatbread in distinct-tasting anise oil and later pair it with rich and creamy kofta curry and deep-fried vegetable fritters. For dessert, make coconut burfi, a kind of traditional Indian fudge.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Vinutha was excellent. She was extremely knowledgeable and a great teacher. Her place was impeccably curated for the experience with a great atmosphere too. Our food and recipes turned out delicious and we will definitely be attempting them again! Especially the Samosas. Thank you! Would definitely recommend, and we will likely be back for some other recipes.
