In this interactive cooking class, Chef Jeffrey will teach you how to prepare a gourmet dinner like a professional. You’ll discover top-notch kitchen techniques and the best methods for working with high-quality ingredients.
Make Dijon-highlighted steak tartare with delightfully tart pickles before learning how to perfectly cook steak in a red wine and bone marrow sauce. You’ll also make roasted wild mushrooms and rich creamed spinach as your side. For dessert, craft and indulge in luscious no-bake cheesecake with a unique combination of caramel and mint.

Essential Steak Dinner - We had a wonderful experience with Chef Jeff. He was patient, kind, talented and broke everything down in east to understand steps. Left the lesson feeling like everything we made was possible to make on my own. Hope to book him, again!

Chef Jeff was wonderful! He guided us through a delicious French meal. He accommodated our preferences in advance and taught us how to make the perfect steak. We also loved learning ratatouille, pommes aligot, and chocolate mousse. Jeff is kind, fun, professional, and laid back - and made the experience joyful and comfortable. We particularly appreciated that he would clean up for us between courses while we got to savor the food. Highly recommend!
Chef Jeffrey is a successful chef who has been honing his culinary craft for many years, earning his chef training at George Brown College. He has been working in and overseeing kitchens since 2005, and was a flourishing private chef in the Cayman Islands before returning to Canada to launch a private chef and catering company. Chef Jeffrey, who leads culinary seminars and competitions, can't wait to inspire others with his innovative cuisine.
