When you think of French food, chances are you're imagining an upscale restaurant serving artistic dishes that ooze elegance. But that's not all there is to French cuisine, as this interactive class with Chef Robert proves.
You'll begin the class by crafting a stuffed galette pastry, then sit back and enjoy as Chef Robert demonstrates the preparations of a velvety leek and tomato bisque and the classic quiche Lorraine, a French masterpiece of pastry, egg, cheese and cream. Each course will be plated and served to complete the casual, Farmhouse ambiance.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
