In this demonstration cooking class with Chef Robert, you will learn how to prepare a Cajun-Creole fusion feast using fresh, high-quality ingredients and time-honored recipes.
You will begin on a sweet note, learning hands on how to prepare a pineapple-orange pudding cake, Chantilly cream, and toasted pecans. Then enjoy the show as Chef Robert prepares and serves classic stewed greens and sweet-salty-crunchy-fluffy hush puppies. Observe as Chef Robert teaches how to master the art of jambalaya — a magical melange of shrimp, oysters, chicken, spicy sausage, peppers and rice, prepared "en famille" and served with roasted yams.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Robert has more than 25 years of professional culinary experience preparing nutritious and appealing food for children and youth, and nearly 30 years of experience as working as an executive chef teaching cookery, food appreciation, meal preparation skills, and so much more. Now, Chef Robert manages a full food service training and design operation for a number of clients.
