Chef V comes from a long line of excellent Italian cooks and has been in the kitchen as long as she can remember. She lives a Paleo and Keto lifestyle, and creates vibrant dishes that taste and look like those from her Italian roots. She is the founder of an award-winning Paleo brand and is a TEDx speaker. Chef V uses organic fruits and vegetables, grass-fed meat and wild-caught fish in her cooking when able, with no gluten, grains, legumes, refined sugar or dairy in sight.

Chef V was welcoming, down to earth and made the class fun and productive. She has great ideas and even though I like to think I know my way around the kitchen, she definitely taught me new things. More importantly, the food we made was as delicious as it was healthy.

Our group had an awesome experience with Chef V and her team! It truly went above and beyond my expectations. She was so engaging, knowledgable, and there to assist any way she could. The team building aspect was great and I think our group got a lot out of it. We all learned a few things about the paleo lifestyle and got ideas to take home. And it ended with dancing, which is always a bonus!

We booked Chef V's Italian-Style cooking class in Santa Monica, Los Angeles and everyone had a great time. The purpose of the class was a team building event for my team and we had a few vegetarians. Chef V was very flexible and made sure that everyone was happy. The class was fun, educational and the Italian dishes were delicious. Definitely recommended!

I booked a pasta making class with Chef V for my daughter's 15th birthday. Chef V is a great chef. She was very flexible and was willing to change the time that we had initially booked the class to a new time due to some scheduling conflicts on our end. The class itself was fantastic and everyone really enjoyed it. The guests learnt something new, had a lot of fund and everyone loved the tasty pasta in the end. I would definitely recommend Chef V and Cozymeal.

Chef V is competent, kind and just a fantastic chef. We booked a Paleo cooking class with Chef V in Los Angeles (Santa Monica) and we are so glad we found this class on Cozymeal. We prepared 4 courses in a 3-hour cooking class and really liked it. Chef V explained each preparation step really well and in the end, we sat down and enjoyed the yummy meal. I would definitely recommend this cooking class to anyone who would like to learn from a good chef while having a lot of fun.

Chef V was a wonderful host and made an incredible meal. We were a team of 10 and she integrated each person into meal preparation while keeping the experience fun and interactive. I would highly recommend Chef V for a team bonding experience or just a great and unique culinary experience.
