The cooking class with Chef Jacques was absolute delight. The combination of the zesty lemon, the velvety béchamel sauce, and the perfectly cooked salmon was a match made in culinary heaven. The flavors complemented each other beautifully, resulting in a dish that was both sophisticated and comforting. The instructor's expertise, passion, and ability to create a supportive learning environment made the class enjoyable and rewarding.
