Join Chef Jacques and discover authentic Italian dishes that will have you saying “Mamma Mia.”
During this private chef experience, immerse yourself in the pleasures of incredible Italian food. Chef Jacques will prepare a four-course menu starting with antipasto made with fresh tomatoes, basil and garlic. Next, enjoy mushroom and truffle risotto and grilled beef tenderloin served with a rich wine reduction sauce and paired with crispy rosemary potatoes. For the perfect ending, you'll taste what a truly authentic tiramisu is all about.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

The cooking class with Chef Jacques was absolute delight. The combination of the zesty lemon, the velvety béchamel sauce, and the perfectly cooked salmon was a match made in culinary heaven. The flavors complemented each other beautifully, resulting in a dish that was both sophisticated and comforting. The instructor's expertise, passion, and ability to create a supportive learning environment made the class enjoyable and rewarding.

Chef Jacques is a gifted and experienced private chef with international influence. He has created dishes for Michelin-level tasting menus, celebrity events and thousands of guests in restaurants around the world, and owned and operated his own restaurants in England and South Africa after attending University of Cape Town. Trained thoroughly in both food and wine, Chef Jacques loves sharing his gifts as a personal chef and teacher.
