Chef Akshay was super knowledgable in different cuisines & prepping skills such as knife handling. The menu had a range of flavours that really captured all aspects of Asian Street food, it was so delicious! I will definitely be taking another cooking class with Chef Akshay.

We cooked Sensational Handcrafted Dim Sum. From the very beginning we got greeted by chef Akshay we went to wash our hands and came to the kitchen. From the very start, you can tell that the chef takes pride and what he does. Everything was prepped in the fridge two hours before we came measured and just to the right serving portions. We started cutting the ingredients prepping they tofu and mushroom wontons. Then we started making chicken shumai and shrimp Cheung fun. And finished off the master class with chocolate spring rolls, which was amazing.
