To begin the class, you'll make a fresh caprese salad featuring fresh buffalo mozzarella and confit tomatoes topped with fragrant basil. Next, make a luxurious mushroom sauce with truffle to top homemade tagliatelle pasta along with Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and a side of crispy garlic bread with rosemary. Finish by making a coffee-infused tiramisu for dessert.
