Prepare your own gourmet steak dinner with all the trimmings, made with authentic flair.

For lovers of traditional steakhouse dining, this hands-on cooking class with Chef Jeffrey is the perfect home lesson where he'll show you how to cook up your own version of a classic menu from appetizer to dessert.

To begin, you'll learn how to expertly cut and dice steak for a tartare starter infused with Dijon mustard before preparing your steak bordelaise entrée with a gorgeous sauce of red wine, bone marrow and beef jus, and creamed spinach with roasted mushrooms on the side. For dessert, whip up a no-bake cheesecake with a graham cracker crumble.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
