Chef Simone is incredible! He's so kind, patient and welcoming to everyone. He's very knowledgeable and highly skilled when it comes to food prep, gastronomy and cleanliness. He came fully prepared and guided us through the whole process with a ton of ease. His accent is also adorable, which really brings the whole classic Italian touch to the experience for those searching for authenticity. I booked a private class for my whole family as a birthday gift for my mother, and it went amazingly. It was such a unique idea and an amazing way to bond together. I recommend this to anyone interested in creating a memorable evening. Thanks again, Chef Simone!

Chef Simone definitely exceeded our expectations! He thoughtfully guided my husband and I through each stage of the ravioli making process, with patience and interesting information along the way.
