Learn traditional stuffed pasta techniques with the guidance of a professional chef.

Discover the time-honored tradition of Italian pasta in a hands-on cooking class. Learn the secrets behind making the perfect ravioli from scratch with a top-notch professional Chef Simone by your side.

Cook through a multi-course meal including three different types of ravioli. Start by making spinach and ricotta agnolotti stuffed with fresh cheese, herbs and leafy greens. Next, prepare the sausage and hazelnut plin filled with homemade Italian sausage and roasted hazelnuts. End class with a sweet tortellini filled with cocoa powder or berry jam for dessert. Book your experience today.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a wonderful experience with Chef Simone! He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and patient. All 3 ravioli dishes we made were absolutely delicious and we hope to make them again. I highly recommend his cooking class to others :)

Chef Simone is incredible! He's so kind, patient and welcoming to everyone. He's very knowledgeable and highly skilled when it comes to food prep, gastronomy and cleanliness. He came fully prepared and guided us through the whole process with a ton of ease. His accent is also adorable, which really brings the whole classic Italian touch to the experience for those searching for authenticity. I booked a private class for my whole family as a birthday gift for my mother, and it went amazingly. It was such a unique idea and an amazing way to bond together.
