We had the best experience with Chef Burcu last evening in the kitchen of her lovely cafe. For our first cooking class ever, she was patient and guided us through every step of the Parisian meal. She answered our questions and knew a great deal about food. She was very personable and friendly and even offered for us to bring extra food home after our meal. It was a fantastic experience from beginning to end - through hands-on cooking, demonstration and enjoying the meal afterwards.
