We had the best time with chef Francesco! He was an amazing host and immediately made us feel welcome. The food was incredible, and we loved the unique opportunity to learn all about Venice and its cuisine. Making pasta was so fun and eating it was even better. We are telling all of our friends who come here to book a class with Francesco. Cannot recommend this enough!!

Francesco's class was a very special and unique experience! After a short tour of the beautiful and interesting area where he lives we enjoyed fresh bruschetta and wine while he taught me how to make Pasta Carbonara. We rolled out the pasta, cut it on a pasta guitar and then made the sauce from scratch. It was absolutely delicious, and so enjoyable to work with my hands and learn something new. After lunch he played a few lovely songs on the guitar and then was incredibly helpful assisting with my transport back to my other engagements. I would highly recommend this activity with chef Francesco!

Chef Francesco is a wonderful host, a great cook, a magnificent teacher and an outstanding musician. We absolutely had a blast cooking and talking with him. We not only enjoyed the tasty food, but also the incredible view and the charming music. When in Venice, you should absolutely book this unforgettable experience!

We had an amazing experience with Francesco!!!! We had the best Bruschetta I’ve ever had!!!! We chose to make the Lasagna Bolognese!! We worked with Francesco and made everything for the Lasagna from scratch!!! I’ve had Lasagna Bolognese before many times but this was by far The Best I’ve ever had!!!! After we cooked and ate, Francesco played guitar for us and then we sang for him!!! If I could this day 100 stars I would!!!! It was so great to work one on one with an awesome chef and genuinely great person!! I feel like we have a friend for life!!! If you want a great experience in Venice, do this!!!

Don’t think twice — this was an amazing experience with a generous and kind cook/guitarist — Francesco. He made us feel welcome and comfortable as he shared his home and time with two traveling Americans. We loved this experience.

We did a cooking class with Francesco and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish! we had a little appetiser and then we made delicious pasta. Francesco explained everything from start to finish and it was an amazing experience. We would recommend this activity to anyone visiting Venice. He is also an extremely talented person and played some guitar for us. This experience certainly made our stay in Venice and unforgettable one.

I can not recommend Francesco enough. I made a booking for 2 adults and 1 child for pasta and simple tomato sauce cooking and it was amazing. Francesco catered the class to suit my son which really got him involved. We arrived to beautiful Italian nibbles and he instantly made you feel like you had come to see a Friend in an intimate experience. The food was the best spaghetti i have ever eaten. The guitar playing was exceptional and he helped my son learn a few chords too. Its a must if visting venice and Francesco helps with water taxi info so its very easy to find him. One of my favourite experiences on my travels.

We had a wonderful experience cooking in an authentic Italian home with Francesco. The atmosphere was great and we had an incredible time together. The food was excellent and the cooking was lots of fun. Francesco has been around the world as a musician and had many stories to tell. He plays the guitar passionately. He is an amazing soul and made our day. All in all a unique experience.
