Join a cooking class in Venice that invites you into a real Venetian palazzo to discover the traditions and flavors that shape everyday cooking in the Lagoon. Led by a local home chef, this immersive experience offers travelers an authentic look into Venetian culinary culture beyond the usual tourist route.

Your evening begins with a glass of bubbling Prosecco wine and regional nibbles before preparing cicchetti Veneziani, the small bites that define Venice’s bàcari wine bars. Watch fresh pasta take shape in the Cesarina’s kitchen and enjoy your portion with a sauce tailored to your taste, whether vegetable, seafood or meat. The meal ends with a classic tiramisù made with mascarpone and cocoa, a dessert Venetians proudly share with guests.
