Barbara was amazing! We had so much fun taking her class. Along the way we picked up local ingredients that we then used. The ravioli's we made were delicious, the addition of lemon zest was a game changer. We're inspired to try making them again at home! Alongside cooking tips we also got to hear about how Venice has changed over the years and local recommendations (including the best spot for gelato!). As we did this early in our trip we found her recommendations and advice very helpful in planning some of our later activities. Thanks so much Barbara! We highly recommend this experience. And please give your cat a little extra snack from us, we loved meeting him!

Our cooking class with Barbara was the highlight of our time in Venice! It was wonderful! She took us to the market for ingredients, then we stopped for a quick drink before she welcomed us into her home. Her home is lovely! It's a very warm, cozy and inviting space. Barbara gave us a choice in what we cooked. She showed us how to make tortellini by hand. We also made ricotta gnocchi and tiramisu. Then after we prepped all the food, she had set a lovely table and proceeded to serve us a beautiful meal. I would definitely take another class with Barbara again! Highly recommend.

Joining the Tiramisu and Pasta cooking class in Venice was a delightful experience. Thanks to Barbara, we learned the secrets of fresh home-made pasta and tiramisu! We explored the essence of Italian cuisine in a beautiful, traditional Venetian home. Barbara, our gracious host, made the experience even more memorable with her warmth and expertise. It felt like visiting a friend’s house!
