He is perhaps most well known for successfully revamping the menu at a landmark Italian eatery in Montreal after nearly 20 years of offering patrons the same fare. Before that, Chef Giuseppe was the head chef at a five-star steak house that has drawn international acclaim and redrawn the culinary landscape of Montreal.
