Pasta making is an art form practiced around the world, and in this cooking class with Chef Giuseppe, you'll learn all the tips and tricks you need to create handmade pasta at home.
Chef Giuseppe will teach you how to mix, roll, cut and twist a variety of pasta shapes, along with perfectly complementing sauces. Aside from pasta, you'll learn how to build a nosh board with meat and cheese, craft a frascatelli salad with grilled endive, smoked prosciutto and balsamic, and satisfy your sweet tooth with lemon vanilla panna cotta.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Giuseppe is a very fun and absolutely charming person with a lot of interpersonal skills. A night of cooking with him is sure to bring you fun and entertainment. His recipes are delicious and surprising.

Montreal native Chef Giuseppe has decades of executive chef experience under his belt. He is perhaps most well known for successfully revamping the menu at a landmark Italian eatery in Montreal after nearly 20 years of offering patrons the same fare. Before that, Chef Giuseppe was the head chef at a five-star steak house that has drawn international acclaim and redrawn the culinary landscape of Montreal.
