We had a wonderful time with Fiorella. She is a wonderful chef and taught us how to cook delicious and authentic Italian food. We learned how to make pasta with a very tasteful tomate sauce and gnocchis with pesto sauce. She also served us delicious bread from her hometown with our tomato sauce and her special chocolate dessert. She also gave us a lot of recommendation what to do and where to eat in Rome. We will definitely take another cooking class with Fiorella when we come back to Rome.

Chef Fiorella has been teaching cooking classes for years; she specializes in bringing a healthy spin to traditional dishes and they are delicious! Her enthusiasm and joy of cooking are contagious and you will love taking her class.
